Set number of permanent desks + ‘hot desks’ restricted by power socket access
Zoned areas for a break-out meeting space & relaxing/ client greet space
Large presentation space/ screen for ‘All Hands’ meetings
Storage for equipment, stationery, chilled food & drinks, waste & recycling
Ways to soften the space, aesthetically and acoustically
Adding brand identity through furnishings and restricted decoration
