STEP 1 - Free 45min chat + questionnaire
We’ll discuss your needs over a video chat or phone call and I’ll send you a questionnaire to dig into specific details. Send me any supporting photos you have + measurements of the space. I’ll guide you through this.

I’ll send you a summary of our chat to make sure we’re on the same page. Then I will work out 2–3 clear layout options (depending on space constraints)

I’ll then create clear 3D visuals for your chosen option with guidance notes ready for your contractors
My costs
Each space is unique in its size and complexity, so I don’t don’t offer set prices. But here’s a guide - I’ll quote accurately once I understand your project.
Small rooms (home offices, bedrooms, hallways): from £450
Medium rooms (living/dining rooms): £550
Large/complex rooms (open-plan areas and offices): £750

Multi-Room (3–5 rooms) — save 10%
Full Property (6+ rooms) — save 15%
Developer Pack (repeat layouts or similar units) — save 20%

A few practical notes:
Layouts and visuals rely on the measurements you provide. Contractors must verify all dimensions on site before work begins.
This service focuses on layouts and early concept direction; full sourcing or final styling can be added separately.
One round of revisions is included per stage.
Payment is split 50% upfront and 50% on delivery for most single-room projects; phased invoicing applies for multi-room work.
