STEP 1 - Agree the look
Send me images you like, a Pinterest board, magazine clippings or just a few notes about the look you’re drawn to. I’ll pull it together into a simple moodboard so we’re clear on the direction.

STEP 2 - I do the legwork
I’ll research and shortlist furniture, lighting, fittings or finishes that suit the space, your budget and the look we’ve agreed. I’ll also check the practical stuff, like dimensions, proportions and whether that sofa or bath tub will actually fit through your doors!

STEP 3 - You choose what you love
Once you’ve picked your favourites, I’ll send you a refined purchase list with prices, delivery information, trade discounts where available and clickable links, so you can order everything in your own time.

Suggestions are based on the dimensions and information you provide. Please check key measurements and access for larger items before purchasing.
Items are sourced within the agreed budget, but prices, availability and lead times can change.
You purchase directly from retailers or makers; I don’t routinely place orders or handle goods on your behalf.
Where I have access to trade pricing, I pass the discount on to you in full.
Payment is due in full before sourcing begins.
Optional delivery support
I can sometimes arrange to be on site to receive key furniture or fittings when you can’t be there yourself, for example during a busy work week or while you’re away. This is offered by arrangement and priced according to location and the delivery window.
