My client had fallen for the location of a house. But the existing layout and styling was a struggle to reimagine as suitable for her 3-child family. Before they put in an offer, they wanted to see the following:

• Layout tweaks and upgrades of key family spaces to improve flow and light

• Add their existing larger pieces of furniture to layout to ensure fit

• Reimagined estate agent / viewing photos using AI to remove existing owners’ furniture and decoration and replacing with a light, minimal contemporary style*
